Sunday Night Swim Training. @ Taurus Café Bar & Restaurant/Manchester Aquatics Centre
Sunday sessions offer 50m competition pool, 6ft deep all over and two coaches for 1.5 hours. High performance coaching for competition preparation and improvers coaching for other swimmers. You need to be able to swim a bit before coming to this session, but we can help you develop new strokes, swim better and get fitter. Following each session swimmers will often go for a drink at Taurus Bar on Canal Street.
times: 7.30pm - 9pm.
door tax: £4 with a £1 concession for unwaged and full time students.
