Northern Wave's 10th Anniversary

During the last decade, over 4,000 people from Manchester and England’s North West have shared something special, they’ve been part of one of the largest and most inclusive LGBT swim groups in Europe, Northern Wave.  After ten years of growth the club has become a social network: a community with a social value.  It welcomes people from many different backgrounds and countries; integrates people of different religions and none; includes people of different ages, classes, professions and abilities; brings people together who are isolated and who suffer discrimination.

Manchester's top LGB water polo team. Internationally renowned and a great bunch of people. Lots of training opportunities and now in the water polo league. There are plenty of swim training opportunities to be had with Northern Wave. If you can tread water for more than a minute, swim reasonably confidently and want to play water polo, then The Sharks would love to meet you.
