Everybody involved in the 2007 Red & Wild Festival would like to thank all the volunteers for all their hard work and devotion to World Aids Day in the cold, wet December weather. Without you, none of the fundraising would be possible.
A special thank you to all the businesses and venues that have supported the World Aids Day campign this year especially AXM Bar, Cruz 101, Manto Bar and Eden and Poptastic for their generosity and support.
Finally, a special mention of thanks to Emma Peate (Fundraising Manager of the LGF), David Graham and Michelle Reid (George House Trust) for their continuing efforts against HIV and Aids and to Stuart Donnelly (Manager of AXM and Co-Festival Director) who is leaving the UK to take up a position at the new AXM Bar in Gran Canaria. Without his vision and dedication - Red & Wild would not be here at all! Thank you!
All the artists who have donated their time to perform at Red & Wild events and last but no means least to YOU! Without your continued support and generosity, Red & Wild would not be here today driving awareness and fundraising for local charities.
Thank you!
Red & Wild will return once again for another ten days of awareness and fundraising on Friday, 21st November until Monday, 1st December 2008.
There will be special Red & Wild events taking place throughout 2008 in the run up to the festival and we will be participating in the Manchester Pride Parade, so if you would like to become a part of the team or simply volunteer some time please contact us via
