As a Northern Wave club there are plenty of swim training opportunities to be had. Running with Manchester Frontrunners @ Sugden Sports Centre, Manchester
A popular running night and an enjoyable run, often using the canal pathways to The Quays and around the fascinating flagship development and back to town.
