It may be small, but it's perfectly formed. A great atmosphere, friendly staff, cheap drinks and a happy crowd. Bar Below is a cut Above.

I've been a few times and have been consistently impressed. Sometimes it's a bit of a squeeze - there might even be a queue - but it's definitely worth the wait.

A world apart from some of the bigger bars further down the street, Bar Below is somewhere you mingle more closely with friends old and new, or perhaps even get a little more intimate...

about Bar Below

For the connoisseur of sophisticated socialising, Bar Below is spot on. A cocktail bar on Canal Street but set down a flight of steps and, therefore, a civilised step away from the hurly-burly, this is an intimate venue with more than a touch of class.
