review
The Lounge tonight had many a guest appearance, all in aid of the chicken shed charity that provides youth theatre workshops for under-privileged children.
We were treated to performances from the likes of the cheeky Jamie Watson who was both our host and technical sound engineer for the evening, the fabulous vocalist Jennie Castell and not forgetting our very own out-of-towner, Mandy Gap who had come all the way down from the London Underground for this very special event.
This was a really friendly venue to visit and the management and staff went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. With this very special night in mind; a free buffet and charity raffle and auction had been organized to raise funds for this well deserving cause.
The Lounge again proved there are treats to be found outside of the village!
