Pride Sports bring us a selection of photographs from the First National LGBT Sports Summit held June 14th 2008 in Manchester.

This turned out to be an enormously successful occasion attended by sports organisers from across the UK, international representatives from EGLSF (European Lesbian and Gay Sports Federation), FGG (Federation of Gay Games), World Outgames 2009 Copenhagen and an array of diversity officers and representatives from mainstream national governing bodies and sponsors.

An end of summit report is being produced and will be circulated widely for the benefit of LGBT sports development and tackling homophobia in sport at all levels.

There was unanimous support for it to become an annual event with everyone attending contributing amazing enthusiasm and passion!
