Shout! The Afterparty...
review
It may have been a Monday night, and it may have been raining cats and dogs outside, but that didn't stop Su Pollard, Claire Sweeny and many of the cast of stage musical Shout! turning up at a spangly wrist-banded affair thrown by 3Sixty for a cocktail and a natter!
Shout is busy touring the South at the moment and brings all the colour of the sixties to the stage along with music... it being a musical. Su plays a hairdresser, with her niece being played by Claire Sweeny, and the story follows them as they find their way through the sixties.
And whilst the after-show party was in full swing upstairs, the Drag With No Name was entertaining the troops downstairs - giving it some with lots of new bits - and lots of old favourite bits too obviously!
Shout is on at the Theatre Royal, Brighton from 7th to 12th of July.

Just a stone's throw from the pier and right in the middle of it all, R-Bar is a spacious, relaxing place to meet at any time of day, with plenty of opportunity for people-watching. Recently taken over by Revenge, it is perfectly placed for pre-club drinking. The next R-Bar date for your diary:
