Pride Youth Games 2008...
review
The second Youth Games at Pride Games was launched at an opening ceremony supported by Trafford MBC and the Mayor of Trafford.
With twice the number of participants as 2007, the young people led a parade around the floodlit athletics track. Supportive speeches were made, followed by a drum band performance and a spectacular firework display. A reception was held up stairs, where a PG2007 DVD was shown.
A brand new feature for 2008, the opening ceremony of Pride Games Youth Games was a valuable milestone in a developing relationship with Trafford MBC and a very real show of support for all the kids.
