A large contingent from Northern Wave attended this year's Pride Games Dinner and Community Sports Awards, with nominations in three categories.
The nominees were, Paul Smith for Male Sports Achiever, Lizzie Bellinger for Female Sports Achiever, Club of the Year and Hana Kubacova for volunteer of the Year.
Amazingly, despite some stiff competition, the judging panel awarded us three wins! Hana Kubacova, Lizzie Bellinger and then we won Club of the year 2010! an incredible result and thanks to nominations from Northern Wave Women - Well Done Girls and a BIG thank you from us all xxxx
