Billed as the biggest thing since man first set foot on the moon. Capacity of 8000 and with bands like Sonic Kitten and Girls Are Loud you can't go wrong. No wait. That's not right. You can go wrong. And although we were determined to get the most from our £26 tickets, it was a bit of a disaster.

Who was that bloke that insisted on talking through all the songs anyway? "Put your hands in the air, Manchester!" "Let me hear the girls scream! Let me hear the queers scream!". Somebody shoot him, please!
